Osteopathy is an evidence-based, hands-on healthcare discipline focused on the relationship between your body’s structure and how it functions. Rather than just treating an isolated symptom or masking pain, osteopaths view your body as an interconnected system.
We look at how your muscles, joints, ligaments, nerves, and connective tissues function together to uncover the true root cause of your physical restriction. Using a combination of skilled manual therapy (like soft tissue massage and joint mobilization), tailored exercise rehabilitation, and lifestyle advice, osteopathy aims to restore your body’s natural balance, accelerate healing, and optimize your overall movement.

We provide comprehensive clinical osteopathy, advanced injury rehabilitation, and postural management. Rather than offering a generic, one-size-fits-all treatment, every session is entirely customized to your structural and lifestyle needs. Depending on your injury and recovery goals, your consultation may seamlessly integrate hands-on manual therapy, joint mobilization, targeted exercise prescription, clinical dry needling, or low-level laser therapy—all included under our standard fee.

No, you do not need a referral to see an osteopath. As primary healthcare practitioners, you can book an appointment directly whenever you are experiencing pain or stiffness.
However, you will need a valid GP referral if you intend to claim your sessions through a Medicare Chronic Disease Management plan (CDM/EPC) or a SIRA workers' compensation / CTP claim. Please bring your relevant referral paperwork and claim details to your initial consultation so we can process your rebates on-site.

Yes. If you have Extras cover that includes osteopathy, you are eligible for a rebate from almost all major Australian private health funds (such as Bupa, Medibank, HCF, and NIB).
Because we operate out of Combined Clinics, our space is equipped with HICAPS facilities. This means we can process your private health claim instantly on the spot! All you need to do is bring your physical health fund card or your digital card on your phone. You will only need to pay the remaining gap fee at the time of your appointment.

Your initial consultation is a comprehensive, up to 60-minute clinical evaluation designed to identify the exact cause of your pain and establish your path forward. Here is what we cover:
In-Depth Case History: We begin by discussing your current symptoms, medical history, daily habits, and training schedule to fully understand why your injury occurred.
Structural & Movement Assessment: We analyze your movement patterns, joint mobility, and orthopedic clinical signs. This gives us a clear window into how your body functions as an interconnected system.
Diagnosis & Treatment Strategy: Before we begin any hands-on care, we will explain exactly what is going on in plain English and outline a clear, structured management plan to get you back to your baseline.
Targeted Care: Every initial consultation includes immediate treatment. Depending on your presentation, this will likely involve a combination of manual therapy, joint mobilization, and advanced modalities like clinical dry needling or low-level laser therapy to provide instant symptom relief.
A Personalized Roadmap: You will leave your first session with a clear understanding of your recovery timeline, along with simple, actionable movement advice or exercises to manage your symptoms at home.
